Biomass Briquette Plant Manufacturers in Haryana

A Biomass Briquetting Plant turns farm and forest waste into briquettes, also known as bio-coal.

This briquetting plant features a ram-type press. It's built for tough, ongoing use with two load wheels. A flat belt connects the main motor to one load wheel, making it act like a pulley. An oil system lubricates parts, increasing their lifespan.

Dry farm and forest waste goes into the plant. A screw conveyor, powered by its own motor, moves the material. It uses vertical screws to pre-compress the waste. This pushes it down into a feeder box. From there, the ram shoves the material into a tapered die. High pressure and heat change the waste into solid, cylindrical briquettes. These finished briquettes exit the die holder and cool naturally.

During this process, the lignin in the waste turns into a liquid. This liquid acts as a natural glue, binding the material together. This is why it's called binderless technology.

process of transforming...

Biomass briquettes and pellets can be made from granulated wood or farm waste. This material can have up to 12% moisture.

Know more about Biomass Briquette Machine

An in-feed screw supplies the dried, granular material to the machine. Inside, a keep-worm moves the material toward the briquetting chamber. A strong mechanical punch forms the biofuel briquettes without any binders. Finally, the finished briquettes exit via a cooling line.

Power plants and factories can use biomass briquettes and pellets. These offer a clean, renewable way to create heat.
